What we know is that this tea is from the turn of the millennia, has been well stored, and is a great pleasure to drink. We call this one "Old Warrior" or ' lao yong shi' in Chinese. There is just something about fresh picked sheng puerh tea
These bricks are called "Baoyan" (宝焰) which means "Holy Flame"
This belongs to a special collection we commissioned in Jianshui to our exact specifications
They have 3 main sizes of trees that fall into their big tree category
The loose compression on this tea makes it very easy to open and the leaves steep quickly
the wodui was done in 2013
This has a lighter wodui ( wet pile fermentation )
The issues are largely cosmetic and you may not even notice
