60s Vintage Rolled Brim Statement Hat by SitlersA fun 1960s Mod vintage black hat with a big turned up brim and a white vinyl band. This reminds me of That Girl, the series. This is one dramatic statement hat. It is shiny artificial straw that is pliable. The brim is huge and it stands up and it is rounded. It rolls up around the rounded crown.
